NP Properties LTD is the largest developer and manager of industrial parks in Latvia. Currently eight industrial parks with total area of 150 ha are managed in Riga, Olaine, Jelgava, Salaspils, Rezekne and Daugavpils. Area of more than 412 000 sq. m is being rented in the industrial parks.
