Expansion of "Nordic Industrial Park" has been completed

"NP
Properties" has commissioned a new warehouse and production buildings’
complex. Thus the expansion of one of the first industrial parks in Latvia "Nordic Industrial Park"
has been completed.
The
new A class complex will fully comply with EU standards and will be one of the
most modern production and warehouse premises in its area in Latvia. The total investments are
LVL 4 million.
"Nordic Industrial Park"
is one of the first and most modern industrial parks in Latvia. Currently more than 30 different
companies are working in the park’s territory, which employ more than 500
employees. Industrial parks are an environment, in which the companies may
develop quickly and successfully. This is evidenced by the fact that a part of
tenants after expansion over several years request new premises. Therefore, in
order to satisfy timely the requirements of its customers for new areas, it was
decided to invest resources in the construction of a new complex.
"Nordic Industrial
Park" is located in Olaine and its total
area is 14 ha,
but the territory of the leased area is 75 thousand square metres for
production and warehouses and 4800 square metres
for office premises. The Industrial park is currently comprised mainly of
production companies, which are engaged in plastic treatment, metal treatment,
sewing and fish processing areas.
"Nordic
Industrial park" is one of the parks of ”NP Properties” industrial parks’
network. The total "NP Properties" industrial parks’ area is 192 ha.
