"NP Properties" has commissioned a new office building in Pardaugava

"NP Properties" has commissioned a modern B1 office building "NTP Business Centre", which is the Company's largest currently reconstructed office centre project. The total area of the new business centre is 8 400 square metres, and more than LVL 3 million have been invested in its establishment.
The new office building is located not far from the Old City in Pardaugava - in the place, which is actively being created as a new business centre in Riga. The location outside the city centre has permitted to solve the deficit of parking lots successfully - "NTP Business Centre" has parking places for 500 cars.
The new office building "NTP Business Centrs" in respect of area is "NP Properties" largest currently reconstructed office centre. This year development of three more office buildings are planned - "Nordic Partners" office building in the Old City, a nine-storeyed office building in Jelgava in the former factory's RAF territory, which after completion of reconstruction in respect of area will exceed the scope of the "NTP Business Centre", and the construction of a new office buildings complex in Riga, Sampetera iela.
"NTP Business Centrs" is located in the territory of the "Nordic Technology Park". Besides lease of office premises, also other modern Business centre's services are offered: conference halls, cafe and in the foreseeable future it is planned to also open a bank's branch.
