Paper finishing machine manufacturer "Plockmatic International" has started production in one of "NP Properties" industrial parks”NP Business Centre”

"NP Properties" and SIA "Plockmatic Riga" have signed an agreement on leasing of almost 4 thousand. square metres of production premises in the industrial park in Riga "NP Business Centre". "Plockmatic Riga" is a subsidiary of the Swedish company "Plockmatic International", which produces paper finishing machines.

In the industrial park "NP Business Centre", special equipment will be produced, which treats printed end-product by sorting it, overturning, bending and stapling, as well as inserting in envelopes. Compared to Latvia, in the world such digital printing equipment is very popular due to the compact sizes.

The major "Plockmatic International" customers are such world-known firms as Xerox, Ricoh, IBM, OCE, Pitney Bowes and many others. The Company pays great attention to research and the marketing of new technologies, creation of products for the printer market, which would comply with today’s requirements.

"NP Business Centre" is one of the eight "NP Properties" owned industrial parks in Latvia, which is located on Sampetera iela, Riga. The Park’s total territory is 8.5 ha and more than 10 companies are successfully working in it by creating employment places for more than 100 people.
