"Nordic Industrial Park" marks ridgepole celebrations for the new warehouse and production buildings complex

The industrial parks developer "NP Properties" marks the ridgepole celebrations for the new warehouse and production buildings complex in one of the first industrial parks in Latvia"Nordic Industrial Park". The new A class complex will fully comply with EU standards and will be one of the most modern production and warehouse premises object in this area inLatvia. The total planned investments are LVL 4 million.

Expansion of "Nordic Industrial Park" was started at the end of last year. The total area of premises on lease of the new complex will be 11 thousand square metres. The first 7 000 square metres are planned to be commissioned already in the summer of this year.

"Nordic Industrial Park" is one of the first and most modern industrial parks in Latvia. Currently more than 30 companies of different fields are operating on the territory of the park by employing more than 500 employees.

"Nordic Industrial Park" is located in Olaine and its total area is 14 ha, but the leased area is 75 thousand square metres for production premises and warehouses and 4 800 square metresfor office premises.
