Location: The property is located on the bank of Lake Kisezers between the Jaunciema Avenue and the lake. The land plot is a part of the territory of former Jaunciema pulp production plant. The land plot faces the territory of the former pulp production plant to the North, East and South, while the Western part overlooks the Kisezers Lake.
The terrain of the land plot is even and the concrete lake-side embankment forms a wharf.
The land plot can be accessed from the side of Jaunciema Avenue.
It is planned to develop a multi-storey residential building with parking space and recreational area, as well as landscaped public space with boat wharf.
The territory will be landscaped as much as possible: walkways and bicycle routes, recreational areas, playgrounds and landscaped lake-side.
Landscaping of the lake-side will include public spaces, recreational areas and playgrounds.
It is planned to convert the existing production site in the Northern part of the land plot into a sports and leisure centre.
The required infrastructure, namely, shops, catering facilities and kindergarten will be located in the neighbouring territory.
