NP Properties LTD is the largest developer and manager of industrial parks in Latvia. Currently eight industrial parks with total area of 150 ha are managed in Riga, Olaine, Jelgava, Salaspils, Rezekne and Daugavpils. The total area of premises for rent in the parks exceeds 412 000 sq. m. The aim of NP Properties is to provide both local and foreign investors with business-friendly environment, thus creating the most favourable conditions for fast and efficient launching and developing of business in Latvia.
